Thank you for shopping with us. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged with care.

Processing Times

Most orders are made to order and require processing time before shipment. Estimated processing times are displayed on each product page and begin once your order is placed.

Please note that processing times and shipping transit times are separate.

During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order details and shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been submitted.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Package Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you’re unable to locate your package, we recommend checking around the delivery area, with household members, neighbors, and contacting the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. While we’re unable to assume responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or missing after confirmed delivery, we’re always happy to help provide shipment details and support where we can.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier charges required by their destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Packages refused by the recipient or returned due to unpaid customs fees may not be eligible for shipping reimbursement.
