We want you to love your jewelry for years to come. Each piece is carefully made and inspected before shipping. However, we understand that sometimes things happen.

30-Day Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing defects include faulty clasps, improperly soldered jump rings and structural issues resulting from workmanship.

If your jewelry arrives with a manufacturing defect or develops one within the warranty period, we will provide a complimentary replacement, including shipping.

Accidental Damage & Repairs

If your jewelry breaks within the first 30 days for reasons unrelated to manufacturing, we may offer a complimentary repair when possible. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with these repairs.

All repairs are subject to our assessment of whether the piece can be safely repaired.

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Accidental damage caused by snagging, pulling or excessive tension.

• Damage caused by sleeping, showering or exercising while wearing your jewelry.

• Improper care or handling.

• Damage resulting from regular use rather than a manufacturing defect.

Repairs After 30 Days

If your jewelry needs attention after the warranty period, please reach out to us. Paid repairs may be available depending on the condition of your piece.
